I would say IITs like IIT-Bombay, IIT-Delhi, IIT-Kanpur, IIT-Kharagpur, IIT-Madras are the best ones and if you talk about NITs then NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, NIT Surathkal, NIT Calicut after that IIIT-Hyderabad, IIIT-Delhi, Delhi Technical University, Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology etc and in case of private colleges then BITs Pilani, VIT, SRM, Manipal etc would be the decent choice for CSE and if you talk about Aeronautical Engineering then Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur offer this specialization so you can target these institutes through JEE .
