Unfortunately, with 400 marks you can't get a government medical college under 15% All India Quota.

However, you can apply in private medical colleges for further studies. Considering your given criteria, there are several colleges as-

  • HIMSR, New Delhi
  • BVDU Medical College, Pune
  • Dr DY Patil Medical College, Navi Mumbai
  • Yenepoya Medical College
  • MGM Medical College, Aurangabad
