If you belong to general category then 400+ is not enough for any govt medical college for the MBBS degree.
Although you could get vetenaty air dental degree at some of the govt medical colleges. If you are ok with it then join those colleges,
Otherwise take a drop and prepare for neet 2021 and try to score more than 570+ in order to fix a MBBS seat a the good govt colleges.
