The EWS Certificate is valid all over India. The signing authorities are as follows:

DISTRICT MAGISTRATE
ADDITIONAL DISTRICT MAGISTRATE
COLLECTOR
DEPUTY COMMISSIONER
ASSISTANT DEPUTY COMMISSIONER
MAGISTRATE
SUB-DIVISIONAL MAGISTRATE
TALUKA MAGISTRATE
EXTRA ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER

Appropriately your certificate must be valid.
