No, you cannot take admission in Delhi university after diploma in engineering.

Instead if you wants to study further, you can get admission in Delhi technological university (formerly Delhi college of engineering), or Guru gobind singh indraprastha university by clearing DTU-LEET exam.

You will get admission in second year of B.E/B.tech.

OR

If you are doing job, you can also complete your b.tech by institute of engineers.

After completing your bachelor's degree then you can get admission in Delhi university for post graduation courses.
