The marks secured by the aspirant is low compared to the cut offs because considering the previous years cut off marks, this year's marks are higher. So it will really difficult to get a government college be it MBBS or BDS. But you might try for some private colleges and surely get a seat there in MBBS of BDS .
Also the fees structures vary greatly from govt Colleges to private colleges. So you can wait for your counsellings first.
