Since you asked about your chances in IPU CET B.Com(H), let me tell you have good possibilty of gettiing in following institutions :

1.Delhi Institute of Rural Development

2.Fairfield Institute of Manangement and Technology

3.Trinity Institute of Professional Studies

Your chances in MAIT and Maharaja Surajmal are slim since you are an outside Delhi student. For MAIT it closed at 1511 and at 1168 in Maharaja Surajmal by the sliding round. Even for a Delhi student it went as far as 2476 in MAIT.
