with such percentage sorry to say but it is really difficult to get into delhi university as DU's cutoff really go high that in 90's , looking at the expected and previous year cutoffs for OBC category it is almost 95- 97.50 percentages

As Delhi university's cutoffs is extremely high, it will be difficult to get a good campus college at 66%.
There is a little chances of getting admission in off campus colleges, so I would suggest to take admission as per your transport convenience.
Otherwise you can go for other deemed colleges or private universities.
