Considering the previous years Cutoffs , it's seems really difficult for you to get a seat with 371 marks , as the Cutoffs for OBC students were above 400 marks ,
But don't loose hope and attend every phase of counselling , because the Cutoffs changes every year ,

I am sorry to tell you but you will not be able to get a seat in government medical colleges with 371 in NEET UG 2019. You might be eligible for some private colleges even for dental course. If you are determined to get a government medical seat, you should drop a year. I wish you all the very best!
