Hello,
B.A Program is one of the most sought after course in Delhi University, it offers a holistic knowledge of arts and gives ypu a chance to explore and decide which subject you want to pursue your masters in.
Swami Shraddhanand College, although low ranked, offers good infrastructure and crowd. Most of the teachers are highly qualified.
So, without a second though go for it. You will enjoy few of the best years of your life.
