hey I think ill get 70-75. Will I get in any of the 18 NLS having reserved category

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 11000-12500 in reserved category and considering the closing ranks for various NLUs chances are less that you'll get into them because the number of seats also matter but with a state domicile you can at least give it a try. But you have a pretty decent score so you can definitely check out for some other good private colleges like ICFAI Dehradun, KIIT or UPES Dehradun as they also have good academics. So hope for the best.
