With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 8800-10000 in reserved category and even with a state domicile chances are a little less that you'll get into the NLUs but you have a pretty decent score so you can definitely look out for other good private colleges like ICFAI Dehradun and UPES Dehradun.
