MHRD, in order to increase the participation of girls in IIT's there are 14% seats, are specially allocated for girls but there is no such quota in IIIT's.

Therefore with rank about 83000 there no chances that you get a seat into JOSSA counselling till 6th round.

However, in a special round of counselling, you can look for newer IIIT's like

IIIT RANCHI

IIIT HYDERABAD

you can try for private institutes.

If you are from the North Eastern States, then there are chances that you could get in nits with Home State Quota.

For the provided rank in JEE mains you could expect to get admissons in the newly formed IIITs. It would be hard to tell if you'll get a IIIT through JoSAA counselling but do apply for CSAB Special Round counselling and it will ensure that you get a good IIIT. All the best!
