I am sorry to say that with this rank and being a candidate of general catagory outside Delhi, it is very hard to get a seat in ggsipu. Yet wait for the cutoff to be released,  you might get lucky. Only two colleges under ggsipu provide English honours, so it is a bit tough here. But do not lose hope as there are other colleges which might take this rank.
