Thank you. While uploading my sign, it showing like my signature should be between 5 kb and 200 kb. But I have tried with 5 kb, 10 kb, 13kb and etc. But still I m facing this issue

Archana S You can follow the given guidelines
1) Draw a rectangular box of size height 2 cmx width 7 cm on an A4 white paper.

2. Use only black or dark blue ink pen within this box to sign.

3.CAPITAL letters or any other ink colour should not be used.

4.Scan the rectangular box and crop it to the border of the box.

4. Check the format of the image it should be only in JPEG format.

5.The maximum image size can be 160x560 in pixels and the minimum image size should be 80x280 in pixels.

6. Your signature must cover 70-80% of the given box while uploading.

Even if the size of the signature file is within the limits it must have the required height:width ratio too. You can crop the image and make the necessary adjustments while uploading the signature in the application. You can resize the image in paint application in desktop/laptop.

Archana S I also had the same issue. You can google gate signature resize and open the very first website (most probably) named as pscphoto.646u.in and there adjust the signature accordingly and save the file your signature will be uploaded on gate portal
