You can appear for the pending subject physics exam as per norms and forms according to the official rules of NIOS National Institute of open School. For this you have to go  specifithrough the specific process and after depositing the requisite fees for it you can appear your pending subject physics exam for 12th under NIOS. For this science subject you have to appear in both theoretical and practical exam also. After completing the physics exam successfully you can get the 12th exam pass certificate for using any further procedure.
