I am 12 th pass from sub physics 49 marks ,chemistry 57 marks,bio 70 marks ,english 75 marks can I eligible for aims entrance 2020

The eligibility criteria for AIIMS is that you should have 10+2 or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as subject with an aggregate of 60% marks while as for SC and ST the aggregate marks should be 50%. Which means a sum of all the subjects. And the minimum age should be 17 years. Which means you are eligible.
