As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have almost no chance for the government medical college in west bengal under the state quota benefit for general category.

Last year the cutoff for general category aspirants for the government medical college in west bengal was around to 480+ closing marks under the state quota benefit. And you have much less marks than that, so its seems to be almost no chance to grab seat.
