As cutoffs are highly relative, it is difficult to predict with accuracy, the expected cutoffs for 2019. The cutoffs depend on a number of factors such as the total number of seats available, the number of candidates who appered for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, the past years' cutoffs etc. Therefore, for your reference, please find attached a link to VIT Pune's website which encloses an excel sheet on the respective courses and their cutoffs for the year 2017-18. This will give you an idea of what to expect in terms of the ranking in 2019.
