See the marks and corresponding percentile which you have mentioned is not matching because on 143 marks out of 300 marks in JEE-Main 2021 it is not possible to have such low percentile, this can only be possible in the case the paper for that shift is very easy or more than very easy which was not really for February session. So you might have calculated wrong marks using the answer key or there is some error in your result so I would recommend you to reach out to NTA, inform them about your issue because if the situation that you have mentioned is true then on 143 marks an OBC girl can get seat in good NITs.
