Hi Harini, you can pursue a Master's in Psychology. There are few Institutes like DR. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, IGNOU which offer distance mode Masters degrees in Psychology. You also can attend weekend classes if you want. However, it is not mandatory that you attend these classes. If you want to pursue a Master's degree full time, you have to have Psychology as one of your subjects in your Bachelor's degree which in your case is not so. So you can optbfor a Master's degree through Distance Mode. As you are already a working professional, Organizational Psychology might be a good fit for your profile. Good Luck.
