Unfortunately, all the documents undergo immense scrutiny once they are submitted during counselling. If the data on all your documents (Admit card, score card, etc) does not match, it can cause a problem during or after counselling and even after admission. This can jeopardize your admission and your career. So this will not be a good choice.

Also, the ESIC reservation has been scrapped by the government this year onward which means there is no reservation of the same name.
