Hello,
Yes you can take lateral entry into B.tech civil engineering right into the second year after completing diploma in civil engineering.
Most colleges require Diploma holders to have scored minimum 45% or 50% marks in their Diploma.
Some of the college in Maharashtra offering b.tech lateral entry for civil engineering are
