Hi I got 1945 rank in PESSAT 2021 belonging to General Merit Category. Is there a chance I can get ece at rr campus with my rank in 2nd round counselling? In 1st round I believe the cutoff ended at about 1900 rank.

yes most probably you will get it in 2nd round , if you have filled the counselling nicely ,
