There are 4 veterinary colleges in Karnataka u can apply to any of them.

Karnataka Veterinary Animal and fisheries science University Bidar, Karnataka
Veterinary college Bangalore, Karnataka
Veterinary college Shimoga, Karnataka
Veterinary college Vidyanagar, Hassan, Karnataka.

May be it is difficult as you have reservation u can try to get a seat.
