On 95 marks in TSICET 2019 your rank will be somewhere around 2400 to 2600. As you have not mentioned your category details, it is a little difficult to address whether you will get a seat in CBIT or not. However, if you are an OC category student then there are difficult chances for you to get a seat in CBIT. As their last year cutoff was around 590.
