hi i have completed my engineering and now i want to take up carrer as HR. will a certification course alone be helpful in starting my career as HR

Hello student !!

As per your query I would like to inform you that if you have completed your Engineering degree you can definitely work as an Human Resource(HR). But the pay scale might be very low if you haven't completed your MBA so I would suggest you to pursue Masters in Business Administrative - MBA from any distant college along with your regular job. It will definitely help you in securing a better job and salary.
