Dear hari,

To be able to appear for KCET , one of the most important condition is that you must have studied and passed out from a school in karnataka. You must have done your class 10th or 12th from karnataka only. But as you are a resident of Hyderabad and have done your schooling and class 12th from there only , you are not eligible to appear for KCET. I hope it answered your query.
