Hello,
Getting into NITs and other top institutes that too with Computer Science Engineering is not possible with this percentile. Also you did not mention your category, so if you are a general category candidate then with this percentile it will not work. However you can try in some other private colleges that accepts JEE Main score and get into CSE.

You have not mentioned your category so we are assuming it to be General category .Now based on your score you will not get any NIT or IIIT . But if you have some other Reserved category or Home State Quota then you have some little chances to get a very low branch in some NIT .

You can try state level counsellings in various states like Haryana, Punjab, MP, Odisha, Uttarakhand etc.You will get branches like Mechanical , Chemical, Civil in some Govt. college. But CSE is very difficult for you in Govt. colleges . But if you want to pursue engineering from CSE branch then you can try the below listed colleges .

• BITS Pilani
• SRM University
• VIT Vellore
• Thapar University
• LPU University
