Its very less time left, but you can do it.
Revise your concepts of phyiscs , chemsitry and biology.. dont read the topics which are never asked in neet ug exam but you have read in your school, otherwise it will kill your lot of time.
Read only ncert book for biology. Solve numericals of physics and chemistry simultaneously along with the topic which you revise.

Do solve previous year question papers of neet ug. 
Give extra attention towards figures,examples , numerical values,scientist's  name etc of biology ncert book. These are oftently asked in exam..
Stay motivated and eat healthy food.

I would like to suggest by assuming you to be in either of these situations:

1) if you have previously joined any coaching institute in your area and have a good idea on the important concepts, key areas and number, pattern and frequently asked questions. i would suggest you that since there is only a month left try doing previous years questions and concentrate on topics that can score you good marks. 1 week before the prep i would suggest you to go through topics which needs your memory such as inorganic chemistry and animal and plant kingdom classification.

2) If you a havent started i would suggest that since you have completed your boards, concentrate on doing your NCERT books. Be thorough with your NCERT and do previous years question papers, you will get a good idea on questions being asked.
