Cut-offs are subjected to change year-to-year and branch-to-branch. The factors that play a key role in the determination of the cut-off are:

• The difficulty level of the examination.
• The cut-off trends from the previous years.
• The number of candidates appearing for the exam.
• A total number of seats available for admissions.

Unfortunately, given the cut-off trends of the past years, you may not be able to get a CSE seat in VIT Vellore. But could try for a CSE seat in other VIT campuses - VIT Chennai, VIT Bhopal, VIT AP. You might be able to grab a CSE seat at these campuses.
