Hello Nainam
You have not mentioned a specific course so I would answer considering all the options.
First of all, even if you are an OBC candidate, the chances of getting North campus are very very less for you until and unless the courses are sanskrit Hons and hindi Hons

For other courses, especially for B.Sc you can get an off campus college, but that also depend on sheer luck.

Yes u can do b.com hons. If u was study maths in 12th because maths is compulsory in 12th for b.com hons. And their is no such requirements for b.com pass and as per our % u will get good college in off or south campus and their is too less chance in North campus it will depend upon du cutt off for more information u can check past years cutt off .
