Your 12th pcm marks has no relation with this. Minimum aggregate marks required  in 12th is 60% including mathematics for general category.

The eligibility criteria for getting admission in DU (b. Tech) is based on common exam called delhi university entrance test (DUET). It is an offline mode test of 2 hrs which consist of 100 MCQ questions based on mathematics, reasoning and analytical abilities at 10+2 level. +4 is awarded for the correct answer and there is negative marking of 1 mark. Total number of seats are 40 and candidates who qualify the entrance  will be then called for interview and then a final merit list is prepared.this exam is going to be held in 3rd week of june(tentative).

As you mentioned that you have scored 94% in pcm in you intermediate. Your percentage is sufficient enough that you will definitely get admission in DU. 

Minimum qualification is 12th passed/appearing with 75% aggregate of best four including 85% in English for general category.

• A general candidate should have Minimum 60% in four subjects (including mathematics), 54% for OBC, and passing marks are required for SC/ST.
