Hello student!

As per your query I would like to inform you that BE in computer science is a four year bachelors degree in computer science Engineering that deals more in practical knowledge that theoretical knowledge whereas MSc in Computer Science is a two year post graduate course that deals less in practical knowledge and more in theory part.

For all the jobs generally MSc in computer science, BE computer science and MCA are almost treated equally but getting a degree in BE computer science would be my preference as it takes a year less and also focus more on practical knowledge which nowadays every company demands.
