If you fall in general category and have the state domicile of either Chattisgarh or Punjab then you definitely have a chance in both the colleges. So you don't have to worry as you have a great score so even if it's higher you can easily get it as the closing ranks for HNLU and RGNUL are 750 and 980 respectively.
