To be eligible for giving KCET candidate should have studied for minimum 7 years and passed from a recognized institute in Karnataka (1st standard to 2nd PUC/12th standard) as on first week of July 2020. So as your brother has not completed minimum 7 years of studying in Karnataka he is not eligible to give KCET. Please click the below link to know more.
