According to my information and seeing previous year cut off trends,with 3641 rank in jee advanced ,you cannot get either of the subjects like CSE ,ECE/EIE,EEE in any of the top 6 IITs.But you can get other subjects like civil,chemistry,aerospace,food tech,naval and ocean engg, materials and science engg. etc in iit kanpur,iit roorkee.
