My sc rank in jee mains is 3231.i did not attended jee advanced.can i get a seat with ece or eee branch in any top.7 nits

Chances are less to get top 7 NITs but sure you can get NITs with EEE or ECE branch.
1.NIT Sikkim
2.NIT Hamirpur
3.NIT Kurukshetra
etc.
