Dear student,

With this much general category rank you can not get any seats in nit or at any iiits.
Also by applying your ews category, your chances are negligible for getting any seat in iiit or nit.

Now as for the iit, then as you have qualified the jee  mains then you can give jee advanced. After you have secured rank in jee advanced 2020 exam you will become eligible to take admission in iits after attending jossa counseling.
With this much rank better you go with hbti Kanpur or with other colleges.

Dear Student,

Congrats! For getting 150325 CRL Rank and 23990 EWS-Rank in JEE Mains. Generally, Admission in NITs is based on your CRL rank in JEE- Mains. except Home-State Nits, where you can get benefits of Category wise reservation.

But, Admission in IITs is fully difference, You can get admission in any IITs,  if you will qualify examination of JEE- Advanced. No any  IITs take admission on the basis of Jee- Mains rank or percentile.

So,  My suggestion is that first you should know difference between Admission process of  IITs and NITs. Please go through this Link:

https://www.careers360.com/question-what-is-difference-between-iit-and-nit

On the basis of your CRL rank 150325 there is less probability to get admission in NITs.

But In your Home state NITs, there is chance to get admission because you can take benefits of Home- state quota and also EWS- reservation.

There are  some good government or private Engineering Colleges, Where also Chance to get admission. like:

  • Pondicherry Engineering College / Puducherry technological university ,
  • Government College of Engineering and Technology, Jammu,
  • PSG combatore
  • LPU
  • Thapar university

You can also check previous year NITs cut- off  through this link.

I hope this help you.

All the Best!!!  Good Luck!!!
