Hello,
With this rank in JEE main you have very less chances of getting top branches in NITs IIITs. You will surely get lower branches. But as you are from OBC reservation category so you might get ECE in some newer NITs and IIITs during the last rounds of counseling. So please go for the JOSAA counseling and also the CSAB spot round.
