Hey

First of all your cbse marks do not matter as long as you hav scored 60%, its cool

And as for your rank,You will not get into cse at vellore.However you can try at vit chennai for cse.

There are other courses like ece,eee,ecm,civil and mechanical too.You can try all these.Choose wisely bro!
