see you can surely apply for llb course after completing your masters, since you have already graduated you may apply for 3 years llb course, you need to apply in the entrance exams conducts for llb admission,

The eligibility criteria for LLB is the candidate should have completed graduation in any stream from recognised university.

So as you are pursuing MSc you are eligible for admission in LLB. But you have to clear the entrance exams like CLAT or exams conducted by state or university
