After B.Sc with CBZ one can do M.B.A.

As everyone has their own interests and eligiblity it is difficult to predict what suits one or not. If you have relevant interest in business administration and want to make your future in this stream then you can do M.B.A.

But if you have strong likeliness towards science subjects then you can pursuit post graduation in science subject.

Choosing a right career is cruicial nowadays as there is a tough competition in every field nowadays ,it is wise to choose that Stream which you think you can explore your abilities to the best.
