Actually as per the cutoff of New Horizon college website the intake for round one is 21k for 3AR category, don't worry as councelling starts they may extend the rank, and you might seat in the college you want .

It is difficult to say if you will get seat or not as you have not mentioned your category.

However, it is  very difficult for you to get a seat in CSE in NHCE, Bangalore if you are from general category. You can get a seat if and only if you belong to SCG, SCK and SCR categories.

Last year's closing ranks for SCG - 32441 , SCK-45643 , SCR- 50692. The cut offs may vary slightly this year, but still your chances seem  extremely low if you are from any other category than the above three.
