Congrats on getting 939 rank in VITMEE 2019. Now if you see the cutoff ranks of VITMEE 2019 changes every year as it depends on the number of student appeared for the exam.

In 2017 cutoff was around 900-1000 . In 2018 cutoff was around 1100-1200 . And it might be something around 1300 rank in 2019.

So, there is a fair chance that you might get a seat in MCA.
