See you can appear for NEET and can also join for MBBS on the basis of your NEET score even if you have completed your B.Sc. in Nursing degree. The reason being for this is there is no age limit for NEET and any candidate who has crossed the age of 17 on December 31st of the examination year can appear for NEET. Apart from the age criteria there is an educational criteria which you have to satisfy to be eligible for NEET :-

You must have passed your class 12th/PUC with Physics, Biology and Chemistry as mandatory subjects and also you should have your minimum aggregate of 50% separately in theory as well as practical part for Unreserved category, 40% for OBC/SC/ST and 45% for PwD certificate holders. In your curriculum English subject should also be there.

Since you have already completed Bsc Nursing then you can surely apply for NEET.However for your clarification i am once again listing down the eligibility for NEET 2021.The eligibility criteria says that Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.If you have passed the criteria then you are surely eligible.
