Hello,
As you have mentioned that you have scored 173 marks in neet exam. Which according to the cutoff of 2019 government medical colleges for any category whether it is sc, st or obc or general is very low.
You are not eligible to take admission in any of the government medical colleges and not even through state quota because there are high number of candidates who have passed out neet with a very good score and a good cutoff rank for medical colleges.

As the trend of last year you will not get admission easily in any government colleges through Neet for BAMs but you can get private college 

According to last year cutoff 

general need 480 and obc need 450 and 420 for sc and ST you can predict college through career 360 college predictor.
