The admissions to central universities for UG and PG courses is carried out through CUCET exam. It is a national level entrance exam. The cut off for each course varies with so many factors such as number of candidates appeared and qualified, number of seats available, category of candidates and so on. Also the cut off for admission vary with institutes. Each institute publish separate rank list of candidates for admission. So a generalised rank is not prescribed for the student. Your rank varies according to institute. Candidates can check the merit list of the institutes they applied through the official website of the institute. So please go through the merit list published by the institutes you applied during the  application of entrance exam to know your chances.
