see both of the course you have mentioned is difference to each other.

master of social work is a post graduate study, which comprises the area of public relations, psychology of human, labour laws,  Industrial  Relations dealing and interacting with unskilled workers, unions etc. after completing msw you can get a job as  labour welfare and personnel specialists, public relation manager like positions.

where mba course specialized in human resource management  is mainly focus on corporate relations, client handling, appraisals, promotions and internal movements, Training and Development of individual and team skills, hiring candidates, making job details. etc.

so if you want to make a career in corporate sectors in HR domain then you should pursue  mba in HR.
