You mentioned University of Delhi in the tags. Based on the data you provided, it's not a possibility for you to get admission in DU colleges in BSc Computer Science course. For DU colleges, the cut offs are in the range of 94% to 98%. Even for reserved category students, it's around 92% to 95%. You can look into some private colleges instead.
